SpotDrops is a free direct mail platform that lets community card operators run their entire business online — from selling advertising spots to tracking QR code engagement. Built and maintained by Seven Pillar House LLC.
Community card operators — the people who organize shared mailers for local businesses — have been running their businesses on spreadsheets, Venmo, and text messages. They juggle invoicing, artwork collection, route planning, and follow-ups manually. It works, but it doesn't scale.
SpotDrops was built to solve that. Instead of chasing payments and managing intake over email, operators get a platform that handles the entire workflow: online checkout via Stripe, advertiser intake at point-of-sale, EDDM route planning with real USPS carrier data, and QR code tracking that proves ROI to advertisers.
The result: operators spend less time on admin and more time building relationships with local businesses.
Shared mailer management
Create community card drops with 12–16 advertising spots. Support for 6x11 and 9x12 card formats with category exclusivity.
Online advertiser checkout
Businesses buy spots, pay via Stripe, and submit their logo and info in one flow. No invoicing, no chasing payments.
EDDM route planning
Interactive map with real USPS carrier route data. Filter by household count, income, age, and size. Export PS Form 3587 in one click.
QR code tracking
Every spot gets a unique QR code. Track scans, page visits, and clicks in real-time. Show advertisers actual engagement data.
Territory protection
Drop Zones give operators exclusive ZIP code territory for 90 days after mailing a drop. No cost, no subscription.
Multi-business support
Advertisers can manage multiple business profiles, each with Google Places integration, custom branding, and social links.
SpotDrops is free for operators. No monthly fee, no setup cost, no contracts. We charge a 7% platform fee only when an advertising spot sells. If an operator doesn't sell, we don't earn. Our incentives are aligned with the people we serve.
Stripe processes all payments directly. Operators receive deposits in 2–3 business days. There is no batching, no invoicing, and no minimum payout threshold.
SpotDrops is built and operated by Seven Pillar House LLC, a Wyoming-registered company. The platform launched in March 2025 and serves community card operators across the United States.
We believe direct mail works best when operators have real tools — not just training courses or directories. SpotDrops is the infrastructure layer for the community card business model.
